About This Project

With over 25,000 visitors over the course of four days, the 2010 “Chimney Salon” event at Moscow’s Crocus Expo international exhibition centre was one of Russia’s biggest trade fairs for chimneys and fireplaces. Ivan Krupin and Sergei Grigoriev developed a unique, modern stand especially for the event, with a backdrop that created a stark contrast to the more “traditional” fireplaces on display. With its fantastical, flame-like lighting and curved surfaces, the “GRAON” stand was always going to be a huge success – and so it proved, as the two colleagues generated huge interest in their products and even took home the award for best stand.
